Title: Authorized Requestors List
Definition: Authorized Requestors List refers to the list of personnel vetted, trained and authorized by our customers to request Services from PCN.

Title: Change Control Process
Definition: Change Control Process refers to the process for changing or amending the scope of our SOWs.

Title: CMDB
Definition: CMDB means configuration management database.

Title: Data Centers
Definition: Data Centers refers to data centers designated by our Customer for hosting Platform equipment.

Title: DDI
Definition: DDI means DNS, DHCP and IP Address Management: the practice of managing IP address space, IP assignments, DHCP server configurations and DNS server configurations.

Title: DDI Portal
Definition: DDI Portal is a stand-alone Supplier software product that functions as a management overlay to interface with the In-Scope Equipment in order to instantiate one or more of the included DDI Portal workflows, which in turn execute a specified set of MACDs with the In-Scope Equipment.

Title: DDI Service
Definition: DDI Services means the DDI Services hosted on or delivered by the In-Scope Equipment.

Title: DHCP
Definition: DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol) means an Internet standard protocol for automated IP address assignment to devices.

Title: DHCP Service
Definition: DHCP Service means the provision of DHCP using the In-Scope Equipment.

Title: DNS
Definition: DNS (Domain Name System) means an Internet standard protocol for looking up hostname and IP address mappings.

Title: DNS Service
Definition: DNS Service means the provision of DNS using the In-Scope Equipment.

Title: Emergency Services
Definition: Emergency Services are MACDs or other In-Scope Services performed by PCN to resolve a Severity 1 or Severity 2 Incident.

Title: IPAM
Definition: IPAM (IP Address Management) the practice of managing IP address space, IP assignments, DHCP server configurations and DNS server configurations.

Title: IPAM Service
Definition: IPAM Service means the provision of IPAM using the In-Scope Equipment.

Title: In-Scope Equipment
Definition: In-Scope Equipment means the equipment listed in a PCN SOW. In-Scope Equipment can include Fully Managed Equipment and Co-Managed Equipment.

Title: MACD
Definition: MACD refers to moves, adds, changes, deletions performed by PCN to manage Platform and Customer IP space and DHCP/DNS configurations. A request for a MACD may also be called a service request or a change request.

Title: NOC
Definition: NOC (Network Operations Center) means PCN’s operations center in the United States. PCN will provide all Services from its NOC in the US. Resources may be allocated from USA, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Title: OEM
Definition: OEM means original equipment manufacturer.

Title: Onsite Services
Definition: Onsite Services occur on non-PCN locations.

Title: Rack and Stack Services
Definition: Rack and Stack Services. The Onsite Service to set up an appliance, including OOB access, racking, networking, and inputting a base configuration into servers or appliance(s) during appliance installation and any replacements

Title: SOW
Definition: SOW means Statement of Work, and refers to a contract between two parties.

Title: SLA/SLR
Definition: SLA/SLR means Service Level Agreement/Service Level Requirement, as described in our SOW.

Title: Vendor Maintenance
Definition: Vendor Maintenance refers to the on-going support of software or hardware by the OEM. It may include hardware break/fix, licensing, warranty, or software updates and patches.
