By accessing or using them, you acknowledge that you have read the applicable terms and conditions, understand and accept all provisions, and intend to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with the applicable terms and conditions, please do not access or use our products, platforms, or services, and contact us so we can address your concerns or arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your agreement with us. Where your use is governed by a signed Master Services Agreement, Statement of Work, or subscription order, the terms of that agreement govern and control over any conflicting terms posted here.

If you procured our products or services through an authorized partner or reseller, please raise any disagreement with the applicable terms and conditions with that party in writing and follow the return, cancellation, or termination process set out in your agreement with them.
