Amtrak Awards PCN Corporate Security Program and Project Management MSA

In January 2026, Amtrak awarded PCN a Master Services Agreement for Corporate Security Program and Project Manager Support. PCN will be supporting Amtrak Police Department & Corporate Security capital project portfolio projects under the Intercity Passenger Rail and Federal Railroad Administration. These projects are a vital to safely delivering Amtrak services and maintaining the security and integrity of Amtrak assets by delivering a project portfolio consisting of Nationwide Security, Counter-Terrorist, and Public Safety projects involving Infrastructure Protection, Planning and Assessments, Training and Public Awareness, Communications and Situational Awareness.
This award continues PCN’s 25 years of supporting Amtrak under a variety of technical and project management contracts. Since 1999, we have delivered several hundred resources to Amtrak across a broad range of technologies, skills, and experience levels. We provided services for Amtrak IT’s Project Management Office, managed cross-departmental enterprise initiatives such as eTicketing, and supported multiple Amtrak contracts, including the EPMO, EMCS, and APD-CS project management MSAs (the predecessor to this award).
