Before joining PCN, Robert amassed significant experience with Towers Perrin and EDS, where he managed outsourced benefits solutions for Fortune 500 clients. This experience honed his skills in operations management, particularly in contexts requiring high levels of precision and compliance.

With over 15 years of in-depth practical experience in operations management, Robert brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to PCN. His role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth functioning of various administrative and service-oriented practices, contributing significantly to the company's overall effectiveness and success.
