Katrin Hillner is President, CEO of PCN (PC Network Inc.) a leader in the automation and management of DNS and DHCP in hybrid clouds.   Her vision is to deliver exceptional digital transformation to PCN’s worldwide customer base as a true partner in change.  The talent she surrounds herself with and the company culture PCN nurtures results in a collaborative, supportive, disciplined and trustworthy experience for PCN’s customers and business partners. Katrin is a student of innovation and technology adoption, is committed to helping people perform at their best, and is passionate about diversity, inclusion and gender equity.

Katrin serves on the Executive Committee of the Governor’s Council for Diversity Inclusion and Small Business Opportunity and on the Program Committee of the Women’s Business Enterprise Council East (WBECEAST).  She also serves on the advisory board of Think and Grow Farms an Urban-Ag tech startup and is a member of the Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), Global Women 4 Wellbeing (GW4W), The Alliance for Women Entrepreneurs (AWE), and The Network for Women in Computer Technology (NWCT).  2012-2019 Katrin served on the board of the Technology Council of Central Pennsylvania (TCCP) and championed and co-chaired TCCP’s Annual Women in Technology Awards Celebration 2017 through 2019.

Katrin holds BAs in Economics and Political Science from SUNY Albany, an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and is PMP and ITIL certified. Her previous career experience included management positions and international assignments with Katalyst Venture Partners, First USA Bank, Aeroquip Corporation (now EATON Corp.), and Organization Resources Counselors, Inc. (ORC).

Katrin is a first-generation American living the American Dream. Her husband and three teenage children support, challenge and inspire her.  She grew up in the Hudson River Valley, enjoys traveling for work and pleasure, and keeps friends and family close through the cycle of life’s joys and pain.
