Katrin Hillner, the President and CEO of PC Network Inc. (PCN), stands as a visionary leader in the tech industry, particularly in the management of DNS and DHCP in hybrid clouds. Since assuming leadership, she has been pivotal in steering PCN towards exceptional digital transformation, emphasizing the company’s role as a partner in change. Her leadership philosophy is deeply rooted in fostering a culture of collaboration, trust, and innovation, coupled with a strong commitment to diversity, inclusion, and gender equity.

In addition to her leadership at PCN, Katrin is actively involved in various councils and organizations. She serves on the Executive Committee of the Governor’s Council for Diversity Inclusion and Small Business Opportunity, and the Program Committee of the Women’s Business Enterprise Council East (WBECEAST). Her roles extend to advisory capacities in startups like Think and Grow Farms and memberships in professional groups including ISSA, GW4W, AWE, and NWCT. Her previous tenure on the board of the Technology Council of Central Pennsylvania and as a co-chair for the TCCP’s Annual Women in Technology Awards underscores her dedication to supporting women in technology.

Holding BAs in Economics and Political Science from SUNY Albany and an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, Katrin's educational background complements her extensive experience in various management roles. Her certifications in PMP and ITIL further highlight her comprehensive understanding of the business and technology landscape.

Outside of her professional commitments, Katrin is a first-generation American who values family, travel, and maintaining strong personal relationships. Her life experiences, both in her upbringing and as a mother and wife, contribute significantly to her approach as a leader, blending personal integrity with professional excellence.
