David Champagne, serving as the Distinguished Engineer at PC Network Inc. (PCN) since 2009, is renowned for his decades of senior network systems consulting expertise. In his role, he is pivotal in business development, management of the technical specialist team, refining offerings, and formulating key policies and procedures. David's extensive experience encompasses a broad spectrum of technical areas, including DNS, DHCP, and IP address management with platforms like Cygna Diamond IP, Infoblox, BlueCat, and Cygna VitalQIP.

In his leadership role at PCN, David has demonstrated exceptional skills in team management, problem-solving, and project management. He has adeptly led numerous projects and provided both technical guidance and training. His ability to listen and assess client requirements, develop comprehensive migration plans, and deliver technical solutions speaks to his strong consulting abilities.

David began his career in the US Army as an electronics technician, then graduated with a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island in 1990. His career involved engineering and consulting roles at Deloitte & Touche, British Telecom, International Network Services, Lucent Technologies, BT Federal, and as a civilian employee of the US Navy.
