Howard Belger

Vice President Strategic Business Development

Howard Belger joined PCN in 2022 as Vice President Strategic Business Development. Bringing over 25 years of cross-industry experience, he is responsible for leading new and existing partner channels to drive PCN’s continued growth. Howard is passionate first and foremost about establishing partnerships based on mutual trust. He understands the value of helping customers identify and solve pain points to maximize productivity.

Howard’s dynamic skillset stems from his success in organizations of all sizes. Much of his career was built with MCI and Verizon, where he spent 30 years, the last 12 of which as Vice President Sales. He comes to PCN from Netbrain Technologies, Inc., where he served as a Regional Vice President Sales. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Rutgers University.

Howard splits his time between Chatham, Mass., and Southern Florida. He has three children and spends his free time enjoying the beautiful weather —boating, golfing, and capturing scenic photographs with his drone.
