Director of Human Resources

Robert Salevsky joined PCN in 2007 to serve as director of Human Resources. In this role, he is responsible for keeping PCN an “employer of choice” for the best technical talent by developing competitive benefit programs, performance management processes, professional development plans, and administering personnel policies and employee communications.

Robert has a BS in Business Administration from Temple University and was awarded the CEBS (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefits and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to joining PCN, he worked with Towers Perrin and EDS managing outsourced benefits solutions for Fortune 500 clients.

Robert is a member SHRM and is SPHR and ITIL certified. He is an devoted husband and father who enjoys martial arts, skiing, and relaxing at home.
