General Counsel

Charlotte Veazie joined PCN in 2005 and serves as General Counsel. In this role, she is responsible for reviewing and advising on multi-regional legal issues and documents and has negotiated contracts, statements of work, and other legal documents with local and regional companies as well as some of the largest global telecoms. She helped launch company’s flagship technical practice – global DNS, DHCP and IP address management, researching and drafting customized Managed DDI services contracts, as well as policies related to intellectual property, data privacy, and ethics. She has been instrumental in the development of PCN’s international footprint, establishing PCN subsidiaries in Canada and the UK.

Charlotte has a law degree from Columbia University and a BA in International Affairs from the George Washington University. Prior to joining PCN, she had over 10 years’ experience managing contracts, legal documentation, and regulatory compliance for Prudential Investment Management and major corporate clients at the law firms of Kirkpatrick and Lockhart and Drinker, Biddle, and Reath.

Charlotte is a dyed-in-the-bone geek, an avid reader, foodie, and has truly adorable dogs.
