Snr. DDI Solutions Architect / UK Technical Account Manager
Paul Roberts joined PCN in 2016 as UK Technical Account Manager after having run his own DDI Value Added Reseller for 4 years. Paul brings a wealth of technical and business experience with him, having worked in the DDI industry for over 20 years with products such VitalQIP, Infoblox and BlueCat. Paul is responsible for managing PCN’s UK-based customer relationships and also provides both post-sales and pre-sales support for existing and new customers.
Paul started his career working as an apprentice for a helicopter manufacturer famous for manufacturing the Lynx, Sea King and Merlin helicopters. Over time he progressed through various companies gaining experience in TCP/IP protocols and eventually ended up as a senior manager for a DDI VAR before deciding to set up his own business in 2012, which PCN acquired in 2016.
Paul lives in the North Hampshire countryside with a wife, daughter and son. He enjoys cycling and likes listening to, and mixing, electronic dance music.
