PCN is Settling into New Headquarters

PCN is excited to announce that as of June 28, 2010, PCN headquarters is now located in The Philadelphia Building. The excitement of this move stems from many features of the new space including a more aesthetically pleasing environment and upgraded technological infrastructure.
The new space offers faster and more reliable external connectivity as FIOS Business Class Service and Ethernet over copper circuits are installed. The internal Wi-Fi is upgraded to N-speed for faster connectivity of more devices. Tim Barnes, Senior Systems Engineer, has been planning and overseeing PCN’s system move and technological upgrade into the new space. He describes our new facility as “top notch” and poised to grow with our company.
“We are extremely fortunate to have a custom built server room, tailored to our specific needs as well as a co-location facility. These upgrades greatly influence our private cloud computing and remote access capabilities.” Tim looks forward to seeing the positive impact of these technological upgrades as the new office becomes home.
Beyond the buzz around the technological upgrades, PCN’s headquarters is now located in a HUB zone, physical locations that the Small Business Administration has identified as “historically underutilized business zones.”
The new offices have a dedicated call center space and the building supports 24/7 operations with ‘round the clock security and environment controls. Other incredible attributes of the new space are its urban chic style and custom designed layout and floor plan that utilizes less space, but houses more people comfortably. Efficiency was a consideration in the design as the lighting is the most efficient available in commercial buildings.
